Shipping Information

Orders placed by 12 noon EST will ship out same day Monday- Friday. Orders placed after 12 noon EST, on weekends, and on holidays will ship out the next business day. With ground shipping, you will receive your order anywhere from 3-5 business days (M-F) from the date that it is shipped out, depending on the shipping speed you select.  Standard shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, apo/fpo, PO Boxes and U.S. territories will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we've used to ship your order, and tracking options. Orders in the amount of $400 and up are shipped Signature Required as a courtesy to ensure delivery- please make sure someone will be present to receive and sign for your package.

*Clearance/Final Sale Shoes may be shipped without the shoe box (in dust bags) due to higher shipping costs associated with weight.
